He was one of six children, Angela, Toni, Michael, Stephen and Joanne born to the late Jose and John Toms. He also had a close bond to his nieces and nephews especially Holly who he teated like his granddaughter. He lived firstly in Alway for many years then settled into family life in Liscombe Street with his wife Jayne and devoted daughters Leanne and Carrie (Cadge). Keith always had a joke and a tale to tell. He would make everyone laugh no matter what.
